Nigeria is one of the most densely populated countries in Africa with the proportion of children under the age of 15, Nigeria has the largest number of children in the world who has not been educated. Cultural factors have been blamed but critics point to lack of money going to education. The Girl child is a biological offspring from birth to 18 years of age before one becomes a young adult, we must remember that the Girl child is plagued with a plethora of challenges and lives in fear of violence almost from conception. A VISIT TO GANAJA SECONDARY SCHOOL, KOGI STATE

The visit to Ganaja Secondary School, Kogi State, by Jennifer Ephraim Foundation was led by its founder and president, Queen Jennifer Ephraim and witnessed the distribution of academic materials that are necessary to improve, support and aide children’s ability to perform better in their educational studies. She also commended the students for the warm reception they received on arrival and encouraged them to be focused and committed to self development and educational attainments. In a reaction from few members of the administrative staff and teachers at LGA Ganaja Secondary School, they expressed appreciation, gratitude and commendation to Queen Jennifer and her organization.  They noted that the gesture will make significant impact in enhancing learning abilities and cognition of students in the school.
